We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Management Trainees who are eager to build a robust career in finance and accounts. The selected candidates will be exposed to various domains of finance and accounts to develop a comprehensive understanding of business operations and financial management.

The Trainee program is designed for individuals who are flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn, as it involves rotation across key roles within the Finance function, including financial controls, automation, taxation, corporate finance & treasury, FP & A and reporting. The programme gives successful candidates, an opportunity to work on some of the important key initiatives of the finance function over the period of time like driving automation projects, costs optimisation, customer experience etc.

Some of the roles that successful candidates could be exposed to over a period of time are:

1. Financial Controls:  Assist in establishing and monitoring effectiveness of internal financial controls through process reviews and deeper data analytics to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Support risk assessments and audit processes.

2. Automation in Finance: Work on automating financial reporting and operational processes using relevant tools and technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation. Exposure to SAP.

3. Direct Taxation: Support the preparation and filing of direct tax returns and compliance with tax regulations. Assist in tax planning, assessments, and audits, advising business on tax compliance

4. Indirect Taxation: Advising business on GST and other applicable indirect tax regulations like Customs. Handling assessments and ensuring 100% compliance. Support the preparation and filing of GST returns.

5. Accounts Closing & Finalization: Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. 

Assist in preparing standalone and financial statements of the company and/ or its subsidiaries in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Handling statutory audits and limited review6 Corporate

6. Finance & Treasury

Managing day-to-day cash flows and working capital management. Managing investment of surplus balances to ensure optimum returns. Negotiating collection charges with banks and payment aggregators.

7 FP&A

Performing descriptive analysis and deriving business insights. Handling budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. Advising business on revenue maximization and margin expansion. Working on cost optimization initiatives. Exposure to analytical tools like Power BI.
